Of obsession and boybands

I’ve changed the ‘Obsession’ list since the previous one had been there for quite long already.

In case you’re wondering whether I’m a Christian or not after knowing that Brian Littrell’s Welcome Home is one of my obsessions right now – I’m not. I don’t think I’ve said anything about my religion before in this blog. Well, let me tell you then. I’m a Buddhist. But I enjoy listening to Christian songs. I have a collection of them in my computer. Mainly because they are nice and ear-soothing. I seldom pay attention to the lyrics though. I can only remember Jesus Loves You or something that goes along that line.

Actually, do you know who is Brian Littrell or not? I doubt you’ll know who are the Backstreet Boys if you don’t. Anyway, I think Brian is the best vocalist of the band. His voice and the album is so good that it rocks me to sleep every night. Seriously. I think he’s born to sing Christian songs. His voice suits the songs perfectly.

I thought of putting Brian’s song actually but since F.I.R. has just released their latest album not long ago and the song ‘Tian Tian Ye Ye’ has caught my attention. It’s a blend of Leann Rimes’ How Do I Live and their music so it may sound a little weird when you first listen to it. Maybe I’ll change it to Brian’s song when I’m bored of that song.

And while I’m on this boyband topic, I thought maybe you would like to watch this video. It’s Wang Lee Hom performing You Raise Me Up with Westlife during his Heroes of Earth concert at Taiwan. And I heard that Westlife is touring Asia. Is it true?! Are they coming to Malaysia then?! ARE THEY?!
