Let’s see… 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Okay seven freaking blisters and wounds on both my feet. I hate formal shoes. As if the peeling skin on my palms and toes isn’t enough to make me fret. There are seriously issues with my skin.

Hmmm. I really thought I did okay for my interview. No, I actually kinda enjoyed the interview. Hoho. Until my friend called and asked whether I’m confident of getting the job, I silenced. I mean, how can I be so certain when I’m still endlessly doubting my own capability and self-confidence? Can’t be sure of anything. I can’t even do a simple presentation without thinking about it for days. This has always been a problem. No. This has always been THE problem. I feel shy for asking. I feel silly for thinking. I feel dumb for trying.

I was asked to describe customer service in Mandarin… hahahaha? Paused for a while and then what the heck I gave it a try anyway. I totally babbled! Ke wu fu wu… errr… customer da dian hua lai… wen information… mmm… you wen ti… yao bang mang… wo men jiu… help ta men jie jue… WTFFFFFFFFFF. I can do infinitely better than this when I speak to my friends! Am I right people?! I expected him to laugh but he didn’t. I ticked my spoken Mandarin and Cantonese level as Fair but he asked me to change them to Good because I get paid more for that and I just nodded. Unexpectedly friendly. =) And I spoke unusually fluent English too! Not fluent as in seasoned speaker but more fluent than my usual market style. Heee. Please please please call me as soon as you can!

18 Weird Things About Me.

1. I sleep at day and work at night. Not a bit of exaggeration. I’m so good at it people don’t find it weird on me anymore.

2. I prefer hot to cold temperature. I never liked air-conditioned room. I don’t want to live in one either.

3. I sometimes dream of fairytale stories happening to me. If you can’t have one, dream one. They keep replaying in my mind after I wake up. And I feel good.

4. I’m very paranoid about what other people say and think of me especially when they are looking at me. I don’t like the attention. They are negative.

5. I like smart guys with specs. No six packs or hunks, please.

6. I always imagine disasters and accidents that might happen around me and ways to overcome and deal with them.

7. I scream and tsk at myself all the time when I’m alone thinking of some really ugly past incidents. I have one too many.

8. My hair is naturally wavy but very wavy/almost curly on the front. Yes, it looks stupid.

9. I used to make my left ear’s pierce hole really huge because I thought it was fun. I stopped but it’s still quite obvious.

10. I totally hate anything that can be applied to the lips. I think it’s yucky.

11. I can assure you that I’m the most fickle-minded person you’ve ever known.

12. I have sweaty palms. Okay that’s quite common.

13. But I have sweaty feet as well. Ah ha! It’s a pain.

14. Which leads to why I’m so particular about the hygiene of my floor. My housemates think I sweep and mop too much.

15. I pretend that I know the songs and what I’m singing most of the time but I have no idea.

16. I’m not interested in working and lack of initiative because I reckon that all companies only employ good-looking people. Seriously. Even if it’s an inbound job.

17. I love bathing. It’s the only time when I can actually feel clean therefore I take 45 minutes to an hour.

18. I’m obsessed with other people’s blogs. I check them every few hours. I stalk them. Sshhh.
